LPTS-200 vehicle projection optical characteristics test system is mainly composed of a high-precision imaging (color) luminance testing system, a standard diffused aiming screen, and professional measurement and analysis software. It is applied to the optical characteristic analysis of vehicle-mounted projection lamps, welcome lamps, and other light color characteristics, image offset distortion, etc. It can be used for testing in laboratories or on production lines.

1.Obtain the luminance, chromaticity, and uniformity of the entire image in one sampling measurement.
Using a scientific-grade cooled focal plane array detector, and the detector's spectral response is highly matched with the human eye's three-stimulus value curve. One measurement is equivalent to the simultaneous operation of millions of spot luminance meters, which can quickly and accurately obtain the luminance and chromaticity of each point in the field of view and analyze the uniformity data.
2.Low luminance, high repeatability measurement
With a high-quality constant-temperature cooled detector and professional noise circuit design, even at low luminance (such as 0.001 cd/m2), high measurement repeatability and stability can be ensured.
3.Wide linear dynamic range to ensure accurate measurement of both bright and dark areas
In addition to using a scientific-grade focal plane array detector with good linearity, it also uses high dynamic range (HDR) technology with a wide linear dynamic range, which can achieve a measurement linearity of less than 1% within seven orders of magnitude.
4.Advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to assist in various measurement and analysis
It includes multiple algorithms such as intelligent image recognition, and can perform optical characteristic analysis of luminance, chromaticity uniformity, gradient, contrast, image offset distortion, color difference, size, etc. for different types of vehicle-mounted projection lamps, carpet lamps, etc.
