EVERFINE OA Series is a system designed and developed for quality control in the production process of automotive headlights. It provides online adjustment and fast measurement of the headlight beam pattern. The system integrates precision optical measurement units, precision power supply units, and artificial intelligence algorithms, effectively combining international standards, national standards, and human visual recognition and judgment functions. Equipped with a large display screen, the system is easy to operate, accurate in measurement, stable in performance, and can effectively detect the product quality of car headlights on the production line, such as LED headlights, HID headlights, and halogen headlights.

The software also meets the functions of ADB testing and AFS testing modules.
